By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. ## An unofficial service TrainHeroic Unofficial is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TrainHeroic. “TrainHeroic” and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. The Service connects to third-party products, including TrainHeroic and MCP clients such as ChatGPT. Your use of those products remains subject to their own terms and policies. ## Who may use the Service You may use the Service only if you can legally agree to these terms and are at least 13 years old. If you use it for an organization, team, athlete, or another person, you represent that you have authority to access and act on that account and data. You are responsible for: - protecting your credentials and connected accounts; - reviewing requests and results before relying on them; - confirming that you have permission to access, change, export, or share any data involved; and - complying with applicable law and the terms of TrainHeroic, your MCP client, and other services you use. Do not use the Service to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, evade limits, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or break the law. ## Actions and data Some tools can create, edit, publish, send, archive, or delete information in your TrainHeroic account. You are responsible for reviewing the intended action and target. Confirmation prompts reduce mistakes but do not guarantee that an action will be correct or reversible. The Service may return incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unexpected information. Keep your own backups when data matters. The Service is not a substitute for medical, health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it for emergencies or safety-critical decisions. ## Availability and changes The Service is offered as an experimental, unofficial project. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We do not promise support, uptime, data retention, compatibility, or continued access to TrainHeroic or any other third-party service. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, comply with law, respond to third-party requirements, or address misuse. ## Open-source software Source code made available through the project's repositories is licensed under the license identified in the applicable repository or package. Those licenses govern your copying, modification, and distribution of that code. These terms govern your use of the hosted and public-facing Service. ## No warranties To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided **“as is” and “as available.”** We make no promises or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, accuracy, availability, or that errors will be corrected. You assume the risk of using the Service, including the risk of lost or changed data, account actions you did not intend, service interruptions, and results that are inaccurate or unsuitable for your needs. ## Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project maintainers and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or account access, arising from or related to the Service or these terms, even if advised that such loss is possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the project maintainers and contributors for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid specifically for the Service during the 12 months before the claim or US $10. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of these sections may not apply to you. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms as the Service changes. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
